A note from Martin and Wing Man:

We invite you to join us for 10 days of music, community, ceremony, and pure intention. Immerse yourself in the beautiful music of the Ugandan harps and kalimbas, the Australian didgeridoo and the West African djembe. Together, we will create a magical space where you realize your potential to heal and thrive in a new world of pure intention, clarity, synchronicity, and abundance. We will spend some of our time learning how to play these instruments in community and individually. You choose one, two, three or all four instruments to learn. We will spend time in ceremony, creating sacred space with pure intention, music, movement, poetry, allowing room for spontaneity. There will be opportunity for group meditations to live music as well as silent meditations and personal time for reflection and solitude.

Our intention is to bring 15 years of learning music in East and West Africa into this retreat. I have had such amazing experiences that have unlocked the doors to the magic of life. When I  had doubt about my ability to learn, I found a deep surrender to the instrument. When I had fear that I wasn't good enough, I found freedom in the music I was surrounded by. When I had anxiety from lack of confidence, I found peace in my community. These experiences have shown me that I am only limited by my own thoughts. We want to show you how to allow music to sink into your being so deeply that you expand your perceptions about who you are and what you can do!

This retreat is designed to allow all of us to remember who we are, play music to connect deeply to our inner wisdom, that inner voice that knows what is best for us and that guides us through life every day, and to support each other on our path to more freedom, joy and love. Together, we can let go of those things that keep us stagnant, transform our fears, and change the world.
