DrumDidge1Meditation to Live Music

Meditating to music that is infused with pure love and intention brings us immediately into a magical realm of peace and inner reflection. During our Meditation to Live Music sessions, we utilize a range of indigenous and traditional instruments including the Tibetan singing bowls, the adungus (bow harps from Uganda, Africa), the Native American drum, and the Australian didgeridoo to open a portal where participants can reach a deep meditative awareness and experience who we are as a spiritual being.

buddha3Loving Kindness (Metta) Meditation

Loving kindness meditation is a traditional Buddhist practice that aims to cultivate kindness and unconditional love towards our self, our friends and families, and all other beings in this world. A regular practice of loving kindness meditation helps us develop greater acceptance for our self and others and provides invaluable benefits to our social, emotional, and spiritual health. In our Loving Kindness Meditation sessions, Wing Man, who studied loving kindness meditation in her doctoral dissertation, provides guided instructions for sending positive thoughts to our self and all others while Martin plays soothing music on the Tibetan singing bowls and the mesmerizing adungus.
